This includes coalition development and engagement, strategic partnerships, and collaboration across departments to amplify shared priorities and initiatives.

The Conferences and Events team at CPAC is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all CPAC-hosted conferences, meetings, and live events. This includes event strategy and scheduling, venue and vendor management, on-site logistics, and coordination with internal teams to ensure events align with CPAC’s mission and brand.

The Content team at CPAC is responsible for developing, curating, and managing written, visual, and multimedia content that communicates CPAC’s mission and priorities. This includes editorial strategy, speech and program content, messaging coordination, content production, and collaboration with digital, events, and coalitions teams to ensure consistent and impactful storytelling across platforms.

The digital team at CPAC focuses on our digital presence and the tools we use to communicate and retain information around our audience. This includes all CPAC.org websites, forms, payment solutions, outbound mass communication, and branded materials.

The Operations team at CPAC supports the organization’s day-to-day functions and long-term efficiency by overseeing internal processes, systems, and resources. This includes facilities and logistics coordination, vendor and contract management, compliance support, budgeting and procurement coordination, and cross-departmental operational support to ensure CPAC functions effectively and sustainably.

The Philanthropy team at CPAC is responsible for advancing the organization’s fundraising and donor engagement efforts. This includes donor cultivation and stewardship, fundraising strategy and campaigns, major gifts and sponsorship coordination, and collaboration with internal teams to support CPAC’s programs and long-term financial sustainability.

The Policy team at CPAC develops and advances policy ideas and issue-based initiatives that support CPAC’s mission. This includes policy research and analysis, issue advocacy, briefing and thought leadership development, and coordination with content, coalitions, and events teams to communicate policy priorities effectively.
